Group Fitness

Our centre features a state of the art multi-purpose fitness studio, specially design for variable intensity exercises. We require no prior booking, simply come along when you'd like to participate.


At Ascot Aquatics Centre, we offer both land and water based yoga classes.


Due to COVID-19 restrictions – you will be required to bring your own mat and towel to participate.

Our Yoga classes which are held inside our fitness studio incorporate a gentle training style aimed at aligning, strengthening and promoting flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

A qualified yoga and meditation teacher runs our Aqua Yoga classes. Anne Noonan has over 5000 hours of yoga teaching mentoring experience. The class is designed to help get you moving and enjoying a lymphatic massage, muscular tightness and lubrication of joints from the comfort of a pool.
