Magic boxing classes are formulated by Australian Olympian and Commonwealth Games gold medallist boxer Paul Miller, who has over twenty years of experience as a boxing instructor, trainer and mentor. Magic Boxing is for anyone wanting to improve their fitness, balance, coordination and focus while learning the art and science of boxing. Magic Boxing offers a safe and enjoyable environment and is suitable for all levels and ages.
Our 50-minute sessions are delivered in a reliable and consistent format – 12 rounds: warm-up, leg work, pad work, footwork, core work and cool-down – a balanced mix of conditioning and technique. We always work hard on the fundamentals. Our reaction-time drills and footwork training will prime your nervous system and improve brain function. Our conditioning component will improve your fitness and overall athleticism. Magic Boxing’s focus on the coordination of footwork and punches will have both your mind and body working.
