Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga – Fridays at 9:15am
Experience the benefits of gentle, chair-based yoga designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance, all without the need to get up or down from the floor. Perfect for all levels, our Chair Yoga classes are safe, enjoyable, and highly effective.
All movement is done while seated, making it a great option for those looking for a low-impact way to stay active. Simply wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one — we’ll place your chair on the mat for added stability.
Note: A towel and mat are required for participation in our regular Yoga class and our Chair Yoga class.
